With nearly two decades and more than three thousand family court cases informing outcomes, I bring the ability to turn complexity into clarity. I uncover the core issues at the heart of a family’s struggle and chart the most effective path toward understanding, resolution, and stability.

As a Court Appointed Advisor (CAA) in Maricopa County for over twenty years, I have authored thousands of reports and recommendations to the Court, trained new CAAs, and worked alongside judges, attorneys, and mental health professionals to promote child-focused outcomes.

I have also served as President of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AzAFCC), advancing professional standards and collaboration across family law and behavioral health fields.

In addition, I have collaborated with state representatives on proposed legislation to improve the family court process for all families.
